Terms & conditions

Please read these terms and conditions which apply to the provision of my professional services. By making an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you are unable or unwilling to agree to these terms and conditions, then you should not book an appointment or continue with your course of therapy.

1. ABOUT THE SESSIONS

Generally, only one session is required per issue. However, for more deeply rooted, sensitive, or complex concerns, further sessions may be recommended. This will always be discussed openly and collaboratively.

Hypnosis is a natural, safe, and deeply relaxing state. You remain conscious and in complete control throughout. In this receptive state, the subconscious mind is more open to suggestion and change.

Sessions may include gentle regression to childhood or earlier memories in order to uncover the root of current patterns. From there, the client and Waqar Bhatti work together to understand and release what no longer serves, creating new narratives and possibilities.

2. PERSONALISED TRANSFORMATION RECORDING

Where provided, you’ll receive a bespoke audio recording created specifically for you. It is essential that this recording is listened to daily for a minimum of 21 consecutive days. Repetition is how the brain builds new neural pathways, daily listening gives the mind the consistency it needs to embrace change.

Some clients choose to continue beyond 21 days, and current research supports a 60–90 day commitment for the most lasting results.

The most effective times to listen are just before sleep and first thing in the morning. Please never listen to your recording while driving or using heavy machinery.

3. HOW CHANGE CAN SHOW UP

Everyone processes change differently. You may experience one or more of the following:

4. IMPORTANT HEALTH & SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

While hypnotherapy is a powerful and transformative approach, it is not suitable for everyone. Your safety and wellbeing are paramount. Please read the following carefully:

Hypnosis is not advised for individuals with a diagnosed psychotic illness, including but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (in active phases), or any condition involving psychosis or a break from reality.

Hypnosis is generally not suitable for individuals with epilepsy. If you have epilepsy or have experienced seizures in the past, you must obtain written consent from your GP before participating in hypnotherapy sessions.

If you are under psychiatric care or prescribed medication for mental health, you must inform Waqar Bhatti before your session. Hypnotherapy should only be undertaken with the awareness and support of your medical provider in such cases.

If you are in any doubt about whether hypnotherapy is appropriate for you, please consult your GP prior to booking. This work is most powerful when integrated with a holistic care plan and your overall wellbeing in mind.

5. CLIENT AGREEMENT

By booking a session, you are confirming that:

6. ONLINE HYPNOSIS SESSIONS

For remote sessions, clients agree to:

Be in a safe, private, and undisturbed environment, and inform Waqar if anyone else is present or listening in.

Provide accurate address and contact details, plus a backup number and emergency contact.

Ensure your device is fully charged and notifications are silenced.

Not record the session without prior permission.

Use Zoom or MS Teams (preferred for privacy and reliability) and test it in advance.

If the connection drops while in hypnosis, you are completely safe. Simply open your eyes and reconnect. The session will resume from where we left off. During your transformation recording, your microphone may be muted to minimise background noise.

7. BOOKING & PAYMENT

All sessions must be paid for in full at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time.

It is your responsibility to pay the session fees before each scheduled session in order to confirm the appointment booking.

8. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

Cancellation & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or re-schedule a session, please provide as much notice as possible. Notification must be made via email or phone call at least 48 hours prior to a session.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the session.

Session fees are for my time and professional expertise and are not a guarantee of a successful outcome. The outcome also depends on many external to me factors, for instance, your input. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any sessions where you have attended and paid for the session.

Where a discount package or therapy program has been booked and paid for in advance, if you choose to discontinue your therapy process before attending all the sessions, a pro rata refund will be issued after deduction of the full standard session fee for any sessions you have attended.

All professional fees will be disclosed to you prior to booking. My professional fees are subject to review and may increase from time to time. You will always receive confirmation of the professional fees before booking.
