Waqar, my legs are clear! You’re a magician, I no longer have psoriasis, and I can’t thank you enough.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about why we feel the way we do. I’ve always believed that our emotions aren’t random, that behind every fear, pattern or response, there’s something deeper trying to make sense of the world. That belief led me to explore personal development from an early stage in my life, not through medication or quick fixes but through research, self-reflection and a quiet determination to understand myself on a deeper level.
When I came across Rapid Transformational Therapy, it resonated immediately. It wasn’t just another tool, it offered a way of looking beneath the surface and understanding the roots of what we carry. That depth is what drew me in.
Professionally, I’ve spent most of my career in the corporate world, starting in banking and later moving into programme work across local and central government. I was often in roles that involved problem solving, leading projects and helping systems work better.
That same approach is at the heart of what I do with RTT. Whether I’m supporting someone through anxiety, self-doubt or past emotional blocks, I work with care and clarity to gently get to the root of the issue.
When we understand the real reason behind what’s been holding us back, something shifts. We stop repeating old patterns, we release what no longer belongs to us, and we make space for something new. My work is about guiding you to that place, where the weight lifts, clarity returns, and you’re free to move forward with energy, focus and nothing standing in your way.

How is RTT different from other therapies?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) delves into the root cause of why we feel a certain way, uncovering feelings and emotions that are uncommon to our conscious mind. Unlike other therapies that may focus on a particular issue or challenge at hand, RTT helps the client discover the origin of the beliefs and behaviours that have led to the current issue.
Using a unique set of tools and experience, RTT supports the client by transforming their current issue into a new set of more beneficial positive beliefs.

What should I expect from my RTT session?
Waqar will help you to reach a deeply relaxed and calm state of mind that will enable you to focus on past events and memories, uncovering the meanings and interpretations created during this time.
At this point, you will work with Waqar to reframe the emotions and feelings you experienced from your past from your adult perspective today. Once this has been accomplished, Waqar will assist you in creating new positive beliefs that will be reinforced with a personised audio for you to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.
